Description

As a Junior M&A Analyst, you will be part of a small corporate team that leads the Group's worldwide strategy execution. You will be focused on strategic external growth initiatives worldwide, with responsibilities including, but not limited to:

-Transaction search: support identification of potential acquisition targets by collecting, compiling and analysing qualitative and quantitative data, working with public information, third-party databases and M&A intermediaries ;

-Transaction assessment: support analysis of business and financial drivers of prospective deals, participate in management calls and business planning with the relevant Keyrus management stakeholders ;

-Transaction execution: support due diligence, document preparation, negotiation, etc., and liaising with relevant counterparts at the target acquisition / other advisers (accounting, legal, etc.) ;

-Building and using complex financial models, completing valuation and analytical exercises ;

-Drafting presentation materials, management presentations, and other materials for use in M&A transactions or strategic dialogue with the target acquisition

Profile

-We look for hardworking, persistent, and enthusiastic individuals with the following:

-Excellent financial / business analysis and modelling skills

-Strong attention to detail and emphasis on accuracy, combined with an aptitude for synthesising research and providing commentary on relevant deal issues

-Strong interest and focus on M&A deal execution, from exploration to post-deal integration

-Organised, autonomous, adaptable and comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously

-Strong academic background, including a master's degree (or equivalent), preferably in business, finance or economics

-Excellent written and verbal communication, and project management skills

•Proficient in MS Office applications, in particular Excel and PowerPoint

-Strong command of English required (main working language), any additional language an asset
